ROOM VALENCIA POLICIES: Availability for dates are on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot hold dates. A signed contract will not be accepted until all pricing is quoted for Catered Services, Room, Linens and/or Rentals. Once you receive quote and decide to move forward, your date will not be secured until you contact us to verify that the date is still available and arrangements are made to drop off your deposit and contract. The Deposit cannot be applied towards any charges incurred and will be returned within 30 days after the event granted there are no damages.
